Al was a quiet soft spoken man of worldly experience from many corners. When he spoke, it was from a place of knowledge and guidance. Never a loud voice, just a steady calming force. He was a very active member of the Rotary club of Mississauga Meadowvale from June 1996 to September 2018. Over the years, Al held a number of positions, such as President (2005-06), Secretary and Foundation Chair, as well as being an active participant on the Community Services Committee.
Rotary is where neighbours, friends and problem solvers share ideas, join leaders and take action to create lasting change.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Glenn Crawford at the age of 72 at the Oakville Memorial Hospital, on Friday, November 8th, 2019, surrounded by his family. Survived by his loving wife Barbara and his cherished children James Michael and Jennifer Lynn, his brother Tyrone (Sue) and sister Heather. Adored uncle to Montana Crawford, Kelly Wilcox-Lara and Heather Belajac. Predeceased by his parents Roberta and Clayton.
