In conjunction with the Lisgar Resident's Association and the City of Mississauga, our Club is helping to make the Osprey Marsh area (9th Line and Brittania) more accessible and more user-friendly to the community.

In addition to our own funds, we have secured a two-year Trillium Fund grant to help make this dream a reality.

Each year, on the Saturday following the Victoria Day long weekend, our Club members and their families are joined by City staff, Mississauga residents, and other volunteers for a day of tree-planting, fun and cameraderie.

This year, with the help of our local politicians, MPP Bob Delaney and Councillor Pat Saito, work has begun on a walking path around the marsh, allowing the residents to further enjoy the natural beauty of this area.

A big THANK YOU must go out to our President-Elect, Alan Munro, for his tireless efforts in making this idea a reality.
