Linda Spalding - PODS

Linda Spalding, from the Oakville Trafalgar Rotary Club, came to speak to us on the PODS system.

Linda outlined the success her club has had in implementing the PODS system. This is a system whereby smaller groups of 4-5 members are responsible for the meetings and other activities taking place during their assigned time period (ie 1-2 months at a time).

PODS has been implemented at other clubs as well, with great success, boosting comeraderie, interaction between club members as well as increasing membership.
