On August 5, 2011, our club welcomed Claudine LaRochelle, owner of Le Refuge Yoga in Mississauga, as our guest speaker.

 Ms. LaRochelle spoke of the important role yoga can play in helping your golf game, in that it promotes flexibility and helps to prevent injury by strengthening your core, conditioning, breathing, conserving energy and promoting focus and concentration, as well as increased energy and stamina. Her Yoga for Golfers program is a gentle, targeted training program.
