Chris Frank and his daughter, Nicole, joined us to speak about Camp Oochigeas, a camp for children with cancer [pictured with Club President, Ravi Khosla].

As a fundraising initiative for this much-need camp, the Rotary Club of Brampton-Heart Lake is holding its 3rd Annual "200 Miles for 200 Smiles" event to promote awareness, participation and financial support for Camp Oochigeas, a summer camp in Muskoka for children with cancer.

This event is a bicycling journey, starting from the Hospital for Sick Children to the camp (320 km or 200 miles).  This happens over 3 days, July 23 to July 25, 2005.

Children aged 6 to 19 have the opportunity to experience the outdoors, acquire new skills and meet new friends in a supportive and caring environment.
